FRAMING AND FINISH PROCESS
The works acquired permanent protection and a matte finish without the inconvenience
crystals and reflexes.
The polymers are protective varnishes used ultraviolet light and humidity
making colors remain in time and allowing cleaning works
The paintings are preserved without frame (this being always optional)
PHASES OF THE PROCESS:
1- Paper Hydration and subsequent Ironing
2- linen fabric glued on wood
3- Paper sizing on the fabric and pressed for 12 hours
4- Masking and application of special gesso for paspartous
5- Painting the paspartous and drying.
6- Application of a coat of varnish with acetone archival fixative
7- Application 4 successive layers of polymer varnish UVLS
8- Apply a final coat of matte varnish protector
